There is a known issue with the installer and file encryption.
The workaround is to enable EFS on your machine for a short time and install the package.

To enable EFS, press Windows-R and start gpedit.msc. Browse to Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Public Key Policies -> Encrypting File System -> (right-click) Properties, and set the EFS state to “Allow”.

To verify that the above worked, press Windows-R and start rsop.msc. Browse to the same path as above, and verify the setting.

If your domain administrator has disabled EFS, then you will not be able to enable it locally. In that case, you will have to depart the domain, complete the install, then rejoin the domain.

Microsoft just came up with the product name as Monad was only the code name.
Windows PowerShell is a new task-based command line shell and intuitive scripting language for system administration that provides comprehensive control and automation for Windows administrators. Windows PowerShell makes administrators more productive by improving the manageability of the Windows operating system and applications that run on Windows. MSH Analyzer allows you to run MSH scripts in its own hosted environment.
It allows you to type a variety of commands, highlight what you want, and press 5, and you will get the results back in text, as well as in a grid, with objects linked to a property inspector.
